・ご利用者さま宅での医療処置

・褥瘡の処置およびケア

・リハビリテーション支援

・看護記録の作成(タブレット使用)

・夜間オンコール対応(希望制)

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥242,857 〜 ¥385,714は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥46,112〜¥73,237(31時間30分相当分)を含む。31時間30分を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

〈手当について〉

オンコール所持手当 5,000円~10,000円(緊急契約利用者数により変動)

オンコール出動手当 5,000円/件(別途出動時間給支給)

訪問インセンティブ 80時間超えると1時間につき2,000円

役職手当 10,000円~

通勤手当 実費支給上限15000円/月 (駐車場代15,000円まで)

昇給あり 年1回(業績により)

賞与あり 年2回(業績により)

試用期間3ヵ月(条件変更なし)
