◆こんなお仕事です◆

Q. どんな施設ですか?

A. 足立区にある訪問介護事業所で、在宅で暮らす高齢者・障害者の自立支援を行っています。

Q. 具体的に何をするの?

A. ご利用者の持つ力を活かしながら、日常生活に必要な介護と家事のサポートを行います。

Q. 未経験でも大丈夫?

A. 入社後4日間の座学研修と14日間のOJTで丁寧に指導します。指導者と同行訪問しながら安心してスキルを身につけられます。

Q. どんな方が活躍していますか?

A. 40代、50代、60代の職員が多数活躍中。週2・3日勤務や扶養範囲内での働き方も可能です。

求める人材:

・介護職員初任者研修(旧ヘルパー2級)以上の資格をお持ちの方

・未経験の方も大歓迎です。多くの職員が未経験入社です。もちろんブランクのある方もOKです。

※試用期間(入社日より3ヶ月経過後の20日まで)中は時給1,690円
