仕事内容:

住宅設備商品の修理受付と手配をお願いします。

お客様の不具合状況をヒアリングし、修理サービスの案内や修理日スケジュールの調整などを行っていただきます。

AI導入中チームの仲間とAIがサポートしてくれるので安心

電気がつかなく困っているお客様を手助け

技術的に分からないことはバックヤードに聞ける社員がいるので安心して働けます。PC入力の経験があればOK。

将来直接雇用の可能性ありしっかり教育していただけます。

・故障確認:お客様へ電話をして故障状況のヒアリング

・修理手配:修理訪問日時の調整(お客様とサービススタッフのスケジュールを調整)

・部材手配:必要に応じて専用システムを使用して部品発注処理(自動的に部品検索してくれます)

・売上計上:専用システムへ売上データを入力

・修理報告書の作成(フォーマットあり)

※1日30件前後電話対応あり
