  • 残業ほぼなし

繁忙期でも1日30分~1時間程度のみ

【主なお仕事内容】

1.警備隊員の配置とサポート

  • 警備員の配置
  • 翌日出勤するスタッフへの

集合場所・時間の連絡電話

  • 出勤する警備員へ

電話・メールなどで集合場所を連絡

  • 警備員の出欠に関するExcel入力作業

2.既存得意先や新規顧客への営業活動

  • 業者のオーダー確認

(仕事内容・必要人数の確認)

  • リストに基づいた顧客への

電話開拓・打合せ訪問

  • 見積書作成など

Excelなど決まったフォーマットへの入力

  • 警備隊員の配置とサポートについて

毎日振り分けられた配置表をもとに

それぞれの警備隊員に、何時に・どこへ

出勤していただくか電話でお知らせしていきます。

現場によっては分かりにくい場所がある為

通勤方法や別の隊員との待ち合わせ場所を

知らせます

  • 営業業務について

警備業界は、人手不足が深刻なのが現状。

業界全体として、必要とされている人数よりも警備隊員の方が少ないため、

< こちらから売り込みをせずとも >

< 必要な時に、お客様から連絡を >

< 頂くことがほとんどなんです >

なので、営業活動と言えど

会社案内の資料とプランを記載した見積書を

お客様のところに持っていくことがメインのお仕事になります

そのため

売上ノルマ等は一切ナシ

みんなで一緒に電話をしてアポが切れたら

手が空いている人が訪問

ニーズが発生した時にはお客様から

電話を頂ける

と一般的な営業活動とは異なります

営業職の経験はあるけど自信がない

という方でも安心して始められる内容です

【入社後の流れ】

初勤務の5日間は、実際に警備現場で

警備員のお仕事を体験していただきます

実体験をもとに営業活動やスタッフ管理が

できるので、その後の仕事がスムーズに

こなせるようになります

その後は、簡単な見積作成の補佐や

隊員への出欠確認の電話等、

【警備スタッフの経験はいりません】

営業職や販売職のご経験がある方は

経験を活かして活躍していただけます

売上ノルマなどはありませんので、

安心して働いていただけます

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり18日 〜 23日

①9:00~18:00

②11:00~20:00

シフトで勤務時間を設定します。

休日休暇


土日のどちらか1日+平日1日

完全週休2日制

・夏季休暇あり

・年末年始休暇あり

  • 残業について

4~8月の閑散期は5~10時間で終わることが多く、

9~3月の繁忙期は20時間ほどです。

18時までのシフトであれば18:30~19:00、

20時までのシフトであれば20:30には

退社しています

※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 22万2100円 〜 27万2100円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり2万7900円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり20時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

月給25万円〜30万円

※経験・能力等を考慮いたします

【役職手当】

主任…1万円

主任係長…2万円

課長…3万円

部長…5万円

  • 昇給あり…仕事ぶりに応じて都度昇給
