受注センター業務(検収・入力・チェック等)

仕事内容:

・伝票検収→店舗及びお客様から届く商品交換申込書のチェック・在庫確認等

・受注入力→交換商品をお客様の自宅(一部申込み店舗)へお届けするために商品交換申込書の内容を入力

・入力内容のチェック→受注入力した内容を入力者以外がチェックを行う

・スタンプ回収・検収→店舗及びお客様から届く商品交換申込書とグリーンスタンプギフト券・ポイント券の検収

・電話対応→伝票の不備、商品の代替・品切れ等があった場合、お客様(一部申込み店舗)へ連絡(繋がらない場合はハガキ等で連絡)

勤務時間・曜日:

  • 月曜日~金曜日
  • 週4~5日勤務できる方
  • 勤務時間:9:00 ~ 18:00または9:00 ~ 16:00(休憩1時間)

休暇・休日:

  • 週4日勤務の場合、勤務曜日は相談のうえ決定
  • 土日休み

神奈川県相模原市中央区東淵野辺5-1-20

※屋内禁煙、屋外に喫煙スペースあり。

アクセス:

JR横浜線「淵野辺」駅から徒歩15分

給与:

  • 賞与 年2回 0円~30,000円 ※評価による
