・訪問看護ステーションでの在宅リハビリ

◆教育・サポート体制◆

リハビリテーション分野未経験の方も大歓迎です。新入職者には3~4名のグループでプリセプターシップを実施し、研究活動やeラーニングなど充実した教育プログラムを用意しています。専門領域の資格取得などキャリア支援も行っており、自己成長を応援します。

シフト制

月~日・祝を含み勤務を要する。

日勤:8時30分~17時30分(うち休憩1時間)

早出:6時30分~15時30分(うち休憩1時間)

残業:5時間程度

4週8休(日曜日日数及び土曜日日数分をシフトにて取得)

祝日(祝日日数分をシフトにて取得)

リフレッシュ休日(年間4日をシフトにて取得)

年末年始(シフトに従い取得)
