主な職務内容:
- 戦略的優先事項、スケジュール、予算に沿って、プロジェクトの立ち上げから完了までをリードする
- スポンサーやステークホルダーと連携し、プロジェクトのスコープ、目標、成果物、成功基準を定義する
- 詳細なプロジェクト計画、スケジュール、リソース配分を策定・管理する
- プロジェクトにおけるリスク、課題、依存関係を特定・管理し、必要に応じて迅速に対応・エスカレーションを行う
- 定期的なアップデートや会議、ドキュメントを通じて、プロジェクトチーム、スポンサー、ステークホルダー間の円滑なコミュニケーションを促進する
- 組織全体でのプロジェクト管理標準、手法、ベストプラクティスの導入と継続的改善を支援する
- プロジェクト関連のドキュメント、テンプレート、ツールの整備・改善を行い、効率性と一貫性を確保する
- 複数のプロジェクトやチームにおけるリソース配分とキャパシティプランニングを調整する
- プロジェクト遂行に関する社内規定および外部規制の遵守を徹底する
必須要件:
- 学士号(分野不問)
- 英語・日本語ともに流暢であること(複雑な概念をシンプルかつ論理的に説明できる能力)

- 高いコミュニケーション力と対人スキル(部門や階層を越えて円滑に連携できる)
- 複数の優先事項や締切を同時に管理できる能力
- 経営学または関連分野の修士号
- PMOまたはビジネスコンサルティング領域での3年以上の経験(プロジェクトを一貫してリードした実績)
- PMP資格保有者は尚可
- 以下の基本的な財務概念の理解:損益、在庫、発生主義、キャッシュフロー、貨幣の時間的価値、正味現在価値
- 日本の医療機器ビジネスに関する基本的な理解

Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, timelines, and budgets.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with sponsors and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
- Facilitate effective communication among project teams, sponsors, and stakeholders through regular updates, meetings, and documentation.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of project management standards, methodologies, and best practices across the organization.
- Maintain and enhance project documentation, templates, and tools to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Coordinate resource allocation and capacity planning across multiple projects and teams.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to project delivery.
Must Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any fields.
- Fluency in English and Japanese - Ability to translate complex concepts into simple and logical flows.
Preferrable Qualifications
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a PMO or business consulting role, with proven experience leading projects end-to-end. PMP certification is a plus.
- Rigid understanding of basic financial concepts: Profits & losses, Inventories, Accruals, Cashflows, Time value of money, Net present value
- Basic understanding on medica device business in Japan
