業務内容
・会社として求められる定期的な報告書の作成。および報告書に必要な情報の作成
・事業成長の為の業績管理、現状分析、改善提案や企画立案・実行支援 等
・税務管理、税務申告 等
・資金管理、資金調達 等
・AIなどの新しい技術を活用した継続的な業務プロセスの改善と効率化

配属後の業務
入社後しばらくは「業務内容」に記載したいずれかの業務に従事し、事業の構造や、お金の流れ、管理の仕組みを理解します。ゆくゆくはよりよい事業運営に向けた分析や提案をする役割や特定領域のスペシャリストとして、国内外のあらゆるポジションに就く機会があります。

応募条件
・学部・学科不問
・会計・経理に関する各種有資格歓迎(日商簿記3級未取得の場合、入社前後での取得を推奨します)
・語学:日本語 ビジネスレベル必須、英語 日常会話レベル以上
・大学、大学院を2027年3月までに卒業した方、卒業見込みの方
・普通自動車運転免許の資格を有する方 (入社時までに取得、AT限定も可)
