アマゾンジャパンの配送部門(Amazon Logistics: AMZL)は日本における大部分のサービスを提供しており、その高品質かつ革新的な配送サービスにより、お客様満足に貢献しています。同部門におけるUnder the Roof (UTR) とは、出荷拠点から発送された商品を配送地域・配送ドライバー毎に仕分け、バンまたはトラックに積載するまでの業務の総称です。UTR Safetyは、これらUTR業務の安全性の向上をリードする立場で、その対象範囲はUTRにおける全工程ならびにそれらに関わる全ての人々に及びます。
具体的には、安全衛生に関する中期・年間目標の作成、現状とのギャップ分析、目標達成に向けた実施計画の策定と実行を社内外の関係部門(関係会社)と共に推進します。デリバリーステーションオペレ-ションにおける事故情報・危険情報の収集、原因分析、それらに対する予防措置と是正措置の策定と推進を行っています。Amazonのグローバル技術ソリューションの中から国内に効果的な安全プログラムやプロジェクト活動を通じて導入します。各拠点や部門の責任者・担当者並びに協力会社様・個人事業主様と共にUTR safety全体の安全レベルを高めることに注力します。
Key job responsibilities
UTR managerには下記の業務を期待します。
1) 現場での緊急事態、ピーク時の安全性、寒冷/熱ストレス、人間工学/クリーン/カイゼン特別イベント、その他ユニークなWHS状況に対する安全計画を策定する。
2) 適用される全ての Amazon WHS ポリシーを遵守するための指導と監督を行う。
3) ビジネス WHS イニシアチブをサポートするため、Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) 記録を確実に残し、正確な報告および指標を提供する。
4) 特定された潜在的リスクへの曝露を排除し、傷害を防止するための解決策を開発し、実施する。
5) WHSの方針、基準、現地規制の公表要件に対するギャップを検出する。また欠陥に伴い特定された全リスクを検証し、軽減するためのサイトの計画を策定する。
6) トレーニング、監査、採点方法が正確で一貫していることを確認するため、職場の組織とアソシ エイトの行動を監査する。
7) 現場のリーダーおよびアソシエイトがトレーニングを受け、各ポリシーに基づいて必要な知識を有していることを確認する。またすべてのWHSトレーニングの質、実施方法(トレーナーの資格を含む)、有効性を監査する。
8) 配備された安全ツールの有効性をレビューし、継続的な改善を確実にするための改訂を行う。

1) 担当サイトおよび近隣サイトでのオンサイト勤務。
2) 協力会社拠点、製品開発拠点へ視察、出張あり
3) グローバルとの連携を目的とした海外出張あり。

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 正社員として3年以上の安全管理または安全管理に類する業務を経験(業種は問いません)
- 現場での安全指導と安全対策導入経験。
- EHSに関わるリスクアセスメント、事故原因調査と是正対策の実践と導入
- ビジネスレベルの日本語力(ビジネスドキュメント作成・読解、会議等の業務経験)
- 日常会話レベルの英語力(資料作成ができれば尚可)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- インクルーシブなカルチャーへの貢献や多様性に富んだグループで働くことに対して前向きであること
- ISO18001/45001、運輸安全マネジメントの導入、維持経験
- マネジメントシステム監査経験(監査・被監査は問わず。安全関連であれば尚可)
- プロジェクトへの参画経験(P.M.経験があれば尚可)
- 国内安全関連の法律に関しての知識(労働安全衛生法、労働基準法、消防法)
- 運輸・道路交通法に基づく要求事項に対する標準化及び導入経験
- ビジネスレベルの英語力
