仕事内容


新築分譲マンション販売職【大阪】

【仕事内容】

信和グループの中でデベロッパーの役割を担う信和不動産。

今までであれば、グループで建設した信和不動産所有の分譲マンションは他社へ委託し販売していただいておりました。

その中で、今年の1月より最初から最後まで自社で責任を持って完結できるよう、分譲販売も自社グループにて開始する会社として、「信和不動産販売株式会社」を設立いたしました。

まだ立ち上げたばかりの会社にはなりますが、既にグループ開発案件がいくつか決定しており、今後も案件は増加する事が良そうされます。

つきましては、一緒に成長していっていただける営業職の方を募集させていただきます。

【業務内容】

・分譲マンションの販売に関する業務全般

(接客、クロージング、住宅ローンの手続きや引き渡し業務等)

・マンション用地仕入れ業務

(最初からお任せする予定はございませんが、ゆくゆくは担当していただきます)

・その他業務に関わる事務処理等

【年収・給与】

380~500万円程度想定(経験・スキルに応じて決定します)・みなし残業20時間含む※ただし、超過分は別途支給・昇給年1回(1月)・賞与年2回(6月、12月)

【勤務時間】

・就業時間 8:30~17:30(休憩60分)※モデルルーム出勤の場合、9:30~18:30(休憩60分)

【休日休暇】

・週休二日シフト制(土曜、日曜、祝日の数はお休みいただけます)

・年末年始(原則12月30日~1月4日)、慶弔休暇、創立記念日休暇(3/27)

・有給休暇、出産・育児休暇、誕生日休暇(本人・配偶者ともに)、アニバーサリー休暇(結婚記念日など)、ファミリー休暇

・年間休日124日
