【仕事内容】

ユーザー行動ログ・アクセスログを使用した定量調査やアンケート等を利用した定性調査など

データに基づく分析プランニング・分析・施策立案や、

エンジニアと連携してのデータ分析基盤の開発・構築・社内展開等に携わっていただきます。

【具体的には】

・ゲームタイトルチームと連携しての、各種分析・課題抽出・施策立案の一連のプロセスのディレクション/サポート

・ 効果的な分析を実施可能にするデータ分析基盤と収集データの要件定義・品質管理、及び関連業務の進行管理/ディレクション

・データ分析に関する社内啓蒙・教育施策等の企画提案・実行ディレクション/サポート

【求める人材】

何らかの分析業務に携わり、下記のスキル・経験をお持ちの方

※3年以上の業務経験を目安としています

・論理的思考能力(課題発見、解決力・仮説構築能力等)

・言語化・概念化(分析結果を正しく理解し表現する能力)

・データベース・DWHに関する知見

・SQLを利用したデータ集計能力

【歓迎】

・ゲーム会社でのタイトル企画・分析業務経験

・データ分析専業会社での分析経験

・ユーザーサイドからビッグデータ用のDWH等を設計、構築、運用した経験

・BIツール(Tableau、Looker)の使用・活用・社内啓蒙に関する経験

【給与】

年収650~900万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
