ELEMENT 代々木新宿店は、月額通い放題型のパーソナルジムとして、運動初心者の方を中心にサポートしているジムです。

筋力トレーニングだけでなく、マシンピラティスも導入。

身体の外側・内側の両面から、無理なく続く運動習慣を提供しています。

お任せするお仕事

新店舗オープンに伴い、オープニングスタッフを複数名募集します。

・パーソナルトレーニング指導

・マシンピラティス指導

・食事指導

・店舗運営業務(トレーニング情報管理、スケジュール管理、清掃、消毒など)

・広告宣伝活動(SNS発信等)

近年は女性のお客様も増加中。

安心感があり、心地よい空間づくりを一緒に大切にしてくれる方を歓迎します。

・1日6~10時間程度(休憩あり)勤務できる方

・NSCA-CPT、NESTAなどのトレーナー資格

・マシンピラティス、マットピラティスの資格

勤務時間・曜日:

【営業時間】10:00~22:00

【勤務時間】 9:30~22:30

◇4時間勤務で休憩30分

◇8時間以上で60分

※営業時間内で1日6~10時間程度勤務(休憩あり)できる方優遇◎

※稼働時間 月間80時間以上勤務できる方優遇

【シフト例】

9:30~16:30

15:30~22:30

9:30~22:30 など...

給与:

時給最大2.500円 (インセンティブ込み)

1セッション(30分)当たり

200円~500円のインセンティブあり

※受託時または受託後の費用負担なし

※時給とセッション数に応じたインセンティブが支給されます

【収入例】

・時給1,300~2,500円

( 6~10時間勤務程度の例)

◎ 交通費支給(上限あり)

◎ 食事指導や長期プラン契約獲得等のインセンティブあり

【研修期間】

未経験者は約90時間の研修あり

(経験者はその半分程度)

研修期間中は、時給1,100円と交通費支給
