【仕事内容】
同社にて、正社員・パート・アルバイト含め約5000人の従業員が所属する、グループ全体の経理部門責任者候補としての業務をお任せします。実務をご担当いただきながら、組織をマネジメントいただきます。

【メインミッション】
実務はメンバーが担当いたしますので、主にマネジメントをお任せいたします。一部実務にも携わっていただきますが、あくまで中心となるのはマネジメント業務です。これまでのマネジメント経験を存分に発揮し、ご活躍いただけることを期待しております。
【経理部門の組織構成】
経理部は10名で構成されており、内訳は経理担当8名(ジャンカラ担当5名、グループ事業担当3名)と財務課2名です。
経理部の業務は係長が取りまとめ、その上に課長が配置されております。さらにその上で、COOが代表として統括しています。

【募集背景】
現在、経理部門はCOOが統括を兼務しておりますが、さらなる事業成長に向けて役員の業務負荷を軽減し、経理の専門性を強化するため、新たに経理部門を統括いただける方を募集いたします。
