2024年12月、AppBrewはマツキヨココカラ&カンパニーグループに参画しました。 両社の強みを活かした唯一無二のマーケティング支援が可能となり、掲げる事業目標も社会への影響力も拡大しています。 メディアの枠を超え、大きな挑戦を共に楽しんでくださる方を募集します。 【募集ポジション:アカウントプランナー】 化粧品メーカーが抱えるマーケティング課題に対して、国内最大級の美容プラットフォーム「LIPS」を最大限に活用し、課題設計から企画・提案までを担っていただきます。 またブランドのニーズに合わせて「マツモトキヨシ」「ココカラファイン」を運営するマツキヨココカラ&カンパニーの膨大なアセットを活用し、オンラインとオフラインを組み合わせた唯一無二のマーケティングソリューションを提案していただきます。 【具体的な業務内容】 ・化粧品メーカーとの商談・課題ヒアリング ・広告代理店との連携および企画提案 ・オンラインまたはオンラインとオフラインを融合させたプロモーションの施策立案、実行 ・広告商品の企画 ・企画書、提案資料の作成 ・施策レポート ※進行管理を主としたポジションではなく、課題設計・企画提案が主軸となります。 【ポジションの魅力】 国内最大級の美容プラットフォームを活用し、マーケティング課題の解決に携われる アプリDL数1,400万、MAU約1,000万人を誇る「LIPS」は、日本有数の美容・コスメプラットフォームです。 認知獲得から購買、ファン化まで、ユーザー・データ・コンテンツを活用しながら、化粧品メーカーのマーケティング課題を一気通貫で解決する提案に携わることができます。 多彩なソリューションを組み合わせた提案が可能 LIPSでは、タイアップ広告、SNS施策、インフルエンサー施策、サンプリングなど、幅広いマーケティング手法を組み合わせた提案が可能です。 単一のメニューに縛られず、クライアントごとに最適なプランを設計できるため、企画の自由度と面白さを感じながら取り組むことができます。 グループシナジーを活かしたスケールの大きな提案ができる LIPSのユーザー基盤に加え、全国約3,400店舗を展開するマツキヨココカラ&カンパニーグループのアセットを活用したオンライン×オフラインを横断する提案にも携わることができ、柔軟かつ多角的にマーケティング施策を形にすることができます。 柔軟な働き方で長期的なキャリアを築ける フルフレックスや週3日のリモート勤務など、柔軟な働き方が可能です。 ワークライフバランスを保ちながら、長期的にキャリアを築いていただけます。 【チーム体制】 ブランドパートナー事業部 セールスチームへの配属です。 - チームリード:2名 - メンバー:6名 【選考フロー】 書類選考一次面接コーピング検査&二次面接リファレンスチェック&最終面接 ※変更の範囲:会社の定める業務
