■「ニーズに合わせ設計をひも解く

当社では、年間約50件の多様な案件に対応しており、設計者一人あたり年間5件程度のプロジェクトを主担当としてお任せします。
・新築8割、改修(リノベーション)2割。今後はリノベーション案件の増加も見込まれ、既存の建物の価値を最大限に引き出すという、社会的なニーズに応える設計に携わるチャンスも広がっています。
特に、少子化に伴い統廃合が進む小学校などの公共施設を観光資源に転換するなど、
新たな用途に転換するプロジェクトは、創造性と社会貢献性を同時に実感できるでしょう。
通常、大手設計事務所やゼネコンの場合、特定の種類の案件ばかり担当し専門化していき、多角的な成長や面白みに欠ける場面もある中で、当社では幅広い工法/規模/建築物を経験することができます。
<具体的には・・・>
・S造、木造、RC造、SRC造など、多様な構造の設計に携わることができます。
・商業施設、工場、学校、医療・福祉施設、庁舎、文化施設など、多様な種類の建築物を設計対象としています。
特定の専門分野に閉じこもらず、顧客の様々な目的に合わせた設計経験と幅広い知識を習得したい方には、最適な環境です。

意匠、構造、設備などの担当者が協働で、1プロジェクト5~6名程度のチームで対応します。

当社は、【フレックスタイム制(フルフレックス)】を導入しており、月平均残業時間は20時間程度と、メリハリのある働き方を推奨しています。
【年間休日125日、完全週休2日制(土日祝日)】に加え、有給休暇の取得も推奨しており、
5日間の有給取得率は100%、平均取得日数も10~15日となっています。男性の育児休業取得実績もあるなど、
仕事とプライベートの両立を支援する体制が整っています。

給与は、あなたの能力・経験、人格などを考慮し決定いたします。
30代以降は能力級(実績)を元に年収を決定しており、
昇給は年1回(6月)、賞与は年2回(7月、12月)で、昨年度実績は、3月の期末賞与(実績賞与)含めて年3回で6ヶ月分です
一級建築士の資格手当も支給されます(設計チーフの場合は3万円)
