MSSエンジニア(セキュリティ監視・運用)セキュリティ老舗企業/KDDIグループ/働き方
【仕事内容】
MSSのサービス内容について理解を深めたうえで、知識・経験・スキルに応じて1製品以上の動作検証を担当していただきます。
具体的には以下の業務を想定しています。
【具体的な業務】
- MSSで取り扱う製品の動作検証
ソフトウェアの不具合や脆弱性の修正がリリースされた際、MSS提供の要となるログ分析への影響有無を中心に動作検証を行います。
- 製品に関する情報収集、問い合わせ対応
動作検証において、リリースノートなどの製造元が提供する公開情報を事前に調査します。公開情報と検証結果に差異がある場合は製造元へ問い合わせを行います。
- MSS提供サービスの資料作成
顧客向けのサービス説明資料や、社内運用部門が顧客環境に設置した機器を操作時に参照する作業手順書などを作成します。
- MSS提供で使用する社内設置サーバの運用・保守
手順書に基づき、サーバのメンテナンス作業を実施します。
※中長期のキャリアパスとして、経験を活かした以下の業務をお任せする可能性もございます。
