【千葉県木更津市】業界未経験者大歓迎研修期間あり製造ラインの保守メンテナンス業務/住宅手当あり

化学品や素材を扱っている大手鉄鋼メーカーの完全子会社になります。主に石炭化学や石油化学分野、半導体電子分野など生活に欠かせない様々な素材の開発から製造まで行っています。

半導体製造ラインの保守メンテナンス業務を想定しており、機械をいじったり部品の交換や定期点検などの業務をお任せいたします。

当社からは10名の方が就業されており、サービス業出身の方や機械オペレーター業務経験がある方など、未経験からスタートしている方が多く、先輩社員とOJTベースで業務を覚えていくので安心できる環境です。

ご入社後に担当いただく想定配属先の業務

・半導体製造ラインにおけるクリーンルーム内での運用保守業務

・自動生産ライン運用を24時間監視し、異常があれば現場に出向き装置のデータ入力や調整・メンテナス業務

配属後半年ほどは交代勤業務が発生しますが、その後は日勤業務になります。

  • 必須条件

・高卒以上/未経験OK

・コミュニケーションを取ることに対し抵抗がない方

・製造や工場勤務のご経験や機械オペレーターの経験がある方

・工業高校出身の方

勤務時間


実働時間:8時間/日

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり21日

9:00~18:00(プロジェクトにより異なる)/シフト制例)1日あたりの実働時間:8時間

参考シフト例

上記3パターンのシフト制勤務で、休憩時間60分

月給 21万円~25万円

(一律手当を含む)

  • 賞与:年2回(7月・12月)
  • 昇給:年2回(4月・10月)

※スキル経験年数を考慮し話し合いの上、優遇します。

  • 普通残業/深夜残業手当/休日出勤手当(1分単位で全額支給)
  • 通勤費全額支給

(車の場合、ガソリン代を支給)

・扶養家族を有する単身赴任者:50,000円/月

  • 借上社宅制度(社員寮)※単身・家族で利用可

※会社都合での転居(赴任先への引っ越し)の場合のみ

支給条件:

・赴任地と自宅の直線距離250Km以上

・扶養家族を有する単身赴任者(1回/2カ月)

・扶養家族を有しない単身赴任者(1回/6カ月)
