資格・経験一切不要地域交流スペースの

運営業務全般をお任せいたします。

【仕事内容】

  • 利用者の受付
  • 電話応対
  • 館内清掃
  • 講座やイベントの企画立案・準備・当日運営
  • 事務作業(文字入力など基本的なパソコン操作)
  • 館長不在時の代理業務 など

業務は丁寧に教えていきますので

経験がなくてもご安心ください。

当施設では高齢者の交流や仲間づくりを

支援し、生き生きと過ごしていただけるよう

安心・安全な施設づくりを行っています。

ご利用者様は1日平均40名ほど。

休憩スペースにいらっしゃる

個人利用者から、体操や料理、クラフト等の

団体利用者まで幅広く活用されています。

地域の方々との会話を楽しんだり、

顔なじみのご利用者様との交流も

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 22日

【勤務時間】

月~土のシフト勤務です。

  • 8:30~17:30
  • 9:00~18:00

※休憩1時間

※残業:月平均5時間程度

【休日】

  • 週休2日制(シフト制)

休日は日曜日と月~土の間で1日です。

その他年末年始休があります。

夏季休暇、特定事業所休暇を含め、年間休日は125日です。

給与詳細


※基本給・一律手当の総額

基本給:月給 25万2500円 〜

固定残業代:なし

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

1ヶ月あたり1万円

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり

  • 一律処遇改善手当:1万円

【下記手当支給あり】

  • 通勤手当 6か月定期代(上限18万円)
  • 住宅手当 賃貸の場合15,000円(世帯主)
  • 扶養手当 など

【昇給・賞与】

  • 賞与年2回あり(計2.7か月分/今年度実績)
