仕事内容:

『Dr. Martens』の店長管理業務をお任せします。

【具体的な業務内容】

・接客販売業務

・売上管理(レポート)/在庫管理

・スタッフ管理・スタッフ育成

・顧客つくり・顧客管理

・VMD・店舗販促・店舗イベント

・本社各部署へのレポーティング/店長会等会議ミーティングへの参加

お客様との会話を通して、お店やあなた自身のファンとなり、繰り返し来店してくださる方を増やしていきましょう

給料:

月給 300,000円~

年収:360万円~ +インセンティブ

※経験・能力に応じて加給優遇いたします

店舗の売り上げに応じた、インセンティブ(毎月)を別途支給

試用期間中もインセンティブ、店長手当が支給されます

個人の成績に応じて、年1回昇給の機会があります

【年収例】

498万円/店長(入社4年目・店長経験2年)

交通費一部支給、昇給あり、インセンティブあり

※試用期間3ヶ月あり(労働条件は本採用と同じです)

勤務時間:

9:30~21:00 1日実働7時間30分

休日・休暇:

シフト休(月8日~)

有給休暇(初年度10日付与)

産休・育休(取得・復帰実績あり)

その他各種特別休暇(結婚、介護、慶弔等)

閑散期を利用して、5日間以上のリフレッシュ休暇を取るスタッフもいます

週休2日制

必須スキル

・小売り業界で3年以上の販売職経験

・店舗・スタッフ管理の経験1年以上
