仕事内容

  • 採用専任チームで求人運用・フロント業務

【"人が採れる仕組み"を、一緒に作っていくしごとです】

「求人を出したけど、なかなか応募が来ない」

「条件はいいはずなのに、なぜか採用できない」

そんな悩みを抱える企業に寄り添い、採用成功まで並走するのが、私たちBPO事業部の役割です

お任せするのは、既存のクライアントに向けた"フロント・運用ポジション"。

広告を作るだけでなく、「どうすれば採用できるか?」を一緒に考えるところから始まります。

【主な業務】

  • 企業からのヒアリング(「最近応募どうですか?」のような雑談からスタート)
  • 状況に応じた施策提案(媒体選び・原稿改善・スカウトなど)
  • 求人広告の作成や、ATSの初期設定・取り込み対応
  • 応募数・面接数のレポート作成、採用結果の振り返り など

新規のテレアポや飛び込み営業は一切ありません。

既に関係性ができているお客様と、二人三脚で成果を目指すスタイルです

【決まったパッケージじゃなく "企業に合わせる"柔軟さ】

「原稿はどう出す?」「スカウトはどんな人たちに送る?」など、業務内容はケースバイケース。

"型にはまらない"のが特長で、媒体や表現の選定、運用方法も企業ごとにカスタマイズ。

派遣部門とも連携し、BPOと併せて人材戦略全体をサポートする場面も

簡単なデータ入力や資料の作成のほか

メール/電話の対応もありますが、特別なスキルは一切不要

営業事務、求人広告作成、人材業界のご経験がある方大歓迎

勤務時間


総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり168時間

・9:00~18:00(実働8h)

・残業:月10~20h程度

・最低勤務日数:週5日

・最低勤務時間:1日8時間

休日


・基本土日祝休み

・GW、夏季休暇、年末年始、有給休暇、育児休暇、慶弔休暇

・他当社カレンダーによる(月1回土曜出勤日あり ※対象外の月もあり)

・年間休日113日

給与


月給 23万円~24万円

(一律手当を含む)

入社から半年は試用期間(契約社員)として勤務していただき

半年後に評価を経て正社員登用となります。

交通費:通勤交通費全額支給

基本給240,000円+残業代(10h)17,850円

※交通費は別途支給
