一般事務

・外線、内線電話対応

・庶務業務

・責任者決裁書類の回送

・予算管理システムへの入力修正

・資料作成補助

・工事計画の進捗確認とフォロー

・社内外の打ち合わせ、スケジュール調整

  • 電話対応が多いため、電話対応に抵抗がない方が望ましいです(*^^)v
  • 機関システムの操作に慣れるまでは覚えることが多いですが

社員さんのOJTにて段階的に教育を受けていただきます
