【業務内容】

本ポジションでは、楽天グループのグローバルなコーポレートコミュニケーション活動を支え、世界に向けた主要な企業発表や戦略的イニシアチブに関するPR戦略の企画・実行に携わっていただきます。グローバルメディアと密に連携しながら、テクノロジー企業としての楽天の評価向上に貢献し、長期的かつ建設的なメディアリレーションの構築を担っていただきます。

AIをはじめとする複雑なテクノロジーや新規事業を、グローバルな一般層にも伝わるストーリーへと落とし込む力が求められます。社内のさまざまなチームと協働しながら、新しいビジネスや技術の本質と業界への影響を理解し、それを分かりやすく発信していきます。国際的なメディアネットワークをお持ちの方は歓迎しますが、必須ではありません。

また、楽天グループの経営層のグローバルなプレゼンス向上を目的に、登壇機会の創出やメッセージ・資料作成のサポートにも携わっていただきます。あわせて、グループ各社と連携し、オウンドメディアやソーシャルメディアにおける一貫性のある情報発信を推進します。

【求める人材】

【必須経験・スキル】

■メディア、PRエージェンシー、または事業会社におけるコーポレートコミュニケーション/PR業務の実務経験5年以上

■PR戦略の企画・実行経験

■プレスリリースやコーポレートコミュニケーション資料の執筆・編集・配信経験

■ジャーナリズムの視点を踏まえた高い文章力・編集判断力

■プロジェクトおよび予算管理の実務経験

■外部パートナー(代理店、制作会社等)との協業・進行管理経験

■記者会見、メディアイベント、メディアリレーションの企画・運営経験

■グローバルで複雑なビジネス環境において、経営層と円滑に連携できる能力

■ビジネスレベルの日本語力(ネイティブレベルは不問)
