調理全般の業務。

お客様へ料理でおもてなしをお届けするお仕事です。

主な業務は、レストラン・宴会場での食材の仕込み、

調理、盛り付け、厨房機材・厨房内の清掃などです。

【主な業務内容】

・ホテル内レストラン、宴会場での調理業務全般

・食材の仕込み・調理・盛り付け

・厨房機材及び厨房内の清掃業務
