【仕事内容】

起業家・大企業・社会の交点に熱狂を生み出し、スタートアップの成長をプロデュースすること。

「仕組みを運営する側」ではなく、「熱をつくる側」に立ちたい人を求めています。

【チームのミッション、業務概要】


新しいインキュベーションのカタチを共につくる仲間を募集

私たちは、「Morning Pitch」などの活動を通じて、これまで数多くのスタートアップと大企業の出会いを創出し、イノベーションの現場を支えてきました。

現在、その取り組みをさらに進化させ、スタートアップ一社一社と向き合う、リアルとデジタルを融合させたインキュベーション・プラットフォームの構築に挑戦しています。

【具体案件、主な支援内容】


「Morning Pitch」など、既存のブランドやネットワークを活用した新規プログラムやキャンペーンのプロデュース/ディレクション

・海外展開を目指すスタートアップの支援設計(現地連携、マッチング、情報提供など)

・スタートアップと大企業の共創を生み出す企画立案および関係構築

・スタートアップの「担当者」として、個別支援プランの設計・実行

  • 例:事業成長の壁打ち、協業候補の紹介、資金調達支援など

・支援の質と効率を高めるためのデジタルツールの企画・改善

・勤務地から通える距離での在宅勤務(ただし状況により出勤の可能性あり)

・クライアントが東京近郊のため事務所から路線距離で100?圏内に居住可能である必要あり。

・ワーケーションは不可

【契約期間】期間の定め無し

【休日】土日祝日、年末年始

【休暇】有給、慶弔、育児、介護休暇など

※年次有給休暇:初年度15日、最大25日(勤続年数に応じて付与)

※年末年始休日:12月29日から1月4日まで
