未来のお買い物サイトがどうあるべきか、お客様に選ばれる売り場であるためにどういうポジショニングとサービスを作っていくかを、様々な視点から検討し、日々進化を続けています。

募集背景
サービス立ち上げに向けてチーム体制の強化が急務となっています。現在も高い専門性を持つメンバーが在籍していますが、将来の異動やロール拡張を想定し、新たな中核人材の採用を行います。

業務内容
楽天グループの新規事業であるグローバルEC事業において、MD/バイヤーマネージャーを募集します。
中国支社のバイヤーチームと連携しながらプロジェクトを進めていただきます。
1.MD戦略の立案、実行
・ターゲットジャンル、アイテムの選定
・メーカー/ブランドとの交渉、調整
2.商材の販売計画の立案
・プロモーション計画の立案、実行
・ページ制作など、外部ベンダーとの連携
・在庫管理
3.事業の収益獲得に向けての取り組み
・取り組みの設計
・メーカー/ブランドへの交渉提案
4.メンバーマネジメント

マネージャー以下、国内外10名程度のメンバーで構成しております。

新卒:中途=2:3

・BtoBのECサービス、店舗運営経験

・入社後3年にリーダーに昇進
必須要件:
・EC事業におけるMDもしくはバイヤーのご経験
・中国語ビジネスレベル以上、かつ、日本語ビジネスレベル(N1)以上
・複数の関係者を巻き込んで物事を推進した経験
・自律的に業務設計、改善を行った経験

・新規事業/サービス立ち上げの経験
