仕事内容


・給与計算業務

  • 従業員の勤怠データをもとに

毎月の給与計算を行い、正確な支給準備

・社会保険関連の手続き

  • 入社・退職時の社会保険や

雇用保険の加入・脱退手続き、

必要書類の作成・提出

・社会保険労務士の補助業務

  • 労務管理に関する書類作成や

データ入力、各種申請手続きのサポート

職場環境


7~8名ほどのグループに分かれて、給与計算や社会保険の手続きを担当しています。不明点があったり、体調不良で急なお休みが必要になった場合でも、社内全体でフォローし合いながら業務を進めています。

学歴


応募資格

  • 必須

専門・短大・大学卒以上

  • 商業高校卒に限り、高卒も可

パソコン基本操作可能な方(Excel、Word)

  • 未経験大歓迎

新卒(専門・短大・大学)の方も応募OK

資格がなくても大丈夫

社会保険労務士の資格・業務にご興味がある方、大歓迎

勤務時間


9:00~18:00(実働8h/休憩1h)

  • 繁忙期には残業が発生することもありますが、社員の平均残業時間は月15時間ほどで、残業削減に力を入れています。

毎週水曜日を「ノー残業デー」として設定し、働きやすい環境づくりを進めています。

当事務所は、1982年7月に創立し、2025年9月に「ueHaRa社会保険労務士法人」へ法人化いたしました。人事労務管理の専門家として、社会保険、雇用保険、労災保険等の手続き、就業規則の整備、賃金・退職金制度、人事制度、労働時間や異動等の労働条件に関する相談対応、解雇等の労使間紛争や「あっせん」の対応、給与計算の委託、各種セミナー・講演会の開催等、顧問先企業様の多岐にわたる人事労務管理の対応を行っております。
