調達業務および輸出スペシャリスト

責務

海外製造工場より受けた注文を日本国内のベンダーへ発注し輸出手配する業務です。

実務内容

  • メールで受けた注文書を確認し、日本のベンダーへ発注し、輸出手配をします。
  • 必要に応じ、海外サイトの要求事項を日本のベンダーへ確認します。
  • 特定の決まったベンダーとの取引で、主に決まった製品の発注を行い、購買管理をします。ベンダーとの交渉やベンダーの変更はごく稀にあります。
  • ベンダーから価格と納品情報を集め、海外製造工場の調達担当と共有します。
  • 納期遅延や海外製造工場からの納期前倒し依頼のフォローアップをします。
  • 購買に利用しているデータベースや情報の管理をします。
  • 発注後、危険品の梱包について、法令に則った梱包をしてもらうようベンダーへ梱包指示を出します。
  • 適切な輸出ルート(航空便・船)を選択しForwarderへ手配を依頼します。海外からの指示があった場合はそれに従います。
  • 頻度は低いですが、輸出貿易管理令に該当する製品を輸出する際には申請業務も行います。

    • 学歴

    大学卒業、理系学部にて化学・分析関連科目を専攻した方が好ましい

    業務経験

    1~3年のサプライチェーンもしくは輸出業務、調達業務の経験

    流暢な日本語とビジネスレベルの英語(speaking&writing) TOEIC 700以上

    自ら学ぶ姿勢をもって、新しい業務にチャレンジできる方。柔軟な姿勢で変化を受け入れられる方。

     Your Role:

    Position: Procurement and Export Specialist at Sigma Aldrich Japan G.K.  

  • Create Purchase orders and arrange export materials to manufacturing sites.
  • Coordinate with other manufacturing sites to procure materials as needed.
  • Manages purchasing of a group of routine commodity products from specified vendors.  There is limited opportunity to negotiate or change vendors
  • Confirm price and delivery date with vendors, enters into system and communicates to manufacturing sites
  • Provides follow-up with vendors to expedite delivery if product is on backorder or overdue. 
  • Maintains and updates department databases and purchasing vendor files (electronic and paper).
  • Instruct Vendor to packing of Dangerous Goods comply to IATA regulation
  • Select the appropriate route (Air/Ocean) and work with sigma aldrich japanFreight Forwarder.
  • Apply for exports that require a license.

    • Education Background: Preferable Major in Chemistry, Chemical analysis or related.

    Job Experience:  1-3 year's related experience in Supply Chain or Export administration or Procurement

    Basic Qualifications:

  • Native Japanese level and Good English level – verbal and writing/reading. (TOEIC >700).  
  • Problem solving and analysis skills. 
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and/or new systems.
