Job Description

Aim to strengthen resources of budget controlling team to support global activity of HRGAD more effectively and efficiently.

Overcome a shortage of human resource after the expansion of coverage in accordance with integration of HR and GA.
- Contribution to introduction and development of new budget control scheme with function axis
- Improving efficiency of budget control under new ERP implementation.
- Checking current practices from fresh viewpoint and finding points to be improved.

  • Support the director of General Affairs Planning (GAPL) to report the status of budget control to the leaders of Human Resources and General Affairs division (HRGAD) and related persons
  • Improve efficiency and effectiveness of opex and capex control at HRGAD on global basis
  • Create annual and mid-term plans of opex and capex for HRGAD
  • Control and support on execution of opex and capex budget for HRGAD
  • Contribute for new ERP system implementation
  • Support the activities of Human Resource and General Affairs widely

    Qualifications
  • Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English is a 'must-have' requirement, while 'native-level' proficiency is preferred.
  • Ambitious personality and strong sense of responsibility
  • Experience in managerial accounting and budget control in the finance or budget controlling department at the global company
  • Skills in using MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Experience and knowledge of system implementation and maintenance
