仕事内容:
半導体デバイスにおける論理設計および検証・評価業務を一貫して担当します。
顧客との仕様検討からスタートし、Verilog HDLを用いたRTL設計、さらにはEDAツールを用いた機能検証まで、
論理設計の上流工程から中流工程をメインに担う業務です。具体的には、設計した回路が仕様通りに動作するかをNC Verilog等のシミュレーターで確認し、
各種技術ドキュメントの作成を行います。
AI関連の知見やSystemVerilogアサーションを用いた高度な検証手法、
さらには実装工程を見据えたタイミングレポートの確認など、設計品質を高めるための深い解析能力が求められる環境です。
・半導体デバイスの仕様検討および策定
・Verilog HDLを用いたRTL設計
・EDAツール(NC Verilog等)による機能検証
・シミュレーション結果の解析および評価
・各種技術仕様書、報告書の作成
