About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
無菌操作区域や支援区域の環境悪化を事前に察知し、汚染リスクを低減する
原材料供給業者の評価・承認を行い、品質基準を確保する
監査実施に向けたSOPの整備と運用を主導する
新規ラボ立ち上げに向けて、機器導入と手順書作成をリードする
グローバルチームと連携し、試験方法の導入とバリデーションを実施する
cGxP基準に基づき、品質・納期・コストの目標を達成する.
Essential Requirements
学歴不問(実務経験とスキルを重視)
製薬または食品業界での微生物検査の実務経験(3年以上)
製薬・化学メーカーでの原材料受け入れ業務の経験
日本語力:母国語レベル(SOPを正確に読解できること)
英語力:ビジネス初級レベル(機器の取扱説明書を理解できる程度)
無菌操作区域や支援区域の環境悪化を事前に察知し、汚染リスクを低減する能力
