このポジションでは、ブランド戦略をもとに、The Ginza のIMC戦略、並びにエリアマネジメントに取り組んで頂きます。

仕事内容

■チームミッション

ザ・ギンザブランドの価値を立体的に先鋭化させ、唯一無二のハイプレステージイメージを形成し、ターゲット顧客への認知度を高めることです。

そして、商品、コミュニケーション、サービスを具現化して提供、リージョンでの着実な実行を通じてアジア富裕層のお客さまを取り込み、ビジネス拡大とグループのブランドポートフォリオに貢献することを目指しております。

■ビジネス・コミュニケーション開発Gのミッション:

THE GINZA ブランドと事業の目標達成のための課題を分析し、商品・CX・リージョンチーム、及びクリエイティブチームと連携して、中期(3年)と短期(1年)の視点からマーケティング戦略を立案する。ブランド価値を体現するプロモーション、コミュニケーションに具現化し、ブランドイメージと顧客エンゲージメントを高め、事業目標を達成すること。

■お任せするミッション

・IMCマーケティング
-IMCマーケティング計画立案
-ブランド短中期戦略を基にした、年間・半期のIMC計画立案
-CX戦略立案と、チーム間調整、具体的アクションのサポート
-戦略とCXを統合するプログラム、サービスツール、CRM企画立案と関連担当調整
-競合ブランド、ベンチマーク業界の情報収集

・日本リージョンのエリアマネージャー
-担当リージョンの売上PL計画、実績の管理・分析と、ブランドホルダー内共有
-プロダクトポートフォリオ戦略
-ブランドホルダーの指針・マーケティング計画の説明と、ローカル実行戦略
-ローカルコミュニケーションの監修
-新規出店・改装・ポップアップ等の計画把握と関連業務
-新製品・既存品オーダーの各関連部門との調整
-各種ミーティングの設定、調整、議事録管理

●Requirements(必要な能力/経験/資質)

・化粧品業界におけるマーケティング企画経験(3年以上)

・セールス、エリアマネージャー或いは類似のご経験

・良好なコミュニケーションスキルと、チームワーク精神

●Preferred Qualifications(歓迎要件)

・翻訳ツールを使って英語でコミュニケーションが取れる
