マンション管理人のような座り仕事では、かえって体がなまってしまうかもしれませんが、この仕事は違います。宿泊施設内を清掃やチェックのために、自分のペースで歩き回りながら進めるスタイル。スタッフからも「良い運動になる」と好評です。

重い機材を持つことがない、

屋内の仕事

使うのは、家庭にもあるような掃除道具が中心。力仕事もモップ掛け程度です。作業はすべて屋内なので、夏の炎天下や雨風にさらされる心配もありません。

<お任せする仕事>

アパートメントホテルの品質を管理する仕事です。

~主な業務~

  • 清掃チェック

・清掃スタッフが仕上げた客室の最終チェック

  • 共用部清掃

・エントランスロビー清掃 など

  • 特別清掃

・エアコンフィルターの交換

・洗濯機の排水溝の清掃 など

※通常の客室清掃では実施できない部分を必要に応じて清掃します。

  • 備品管理

・リネンやアメニティなどの管理

・消耗品の在庫管理

  • 客室清掃(新規ホテルのみ)

・ベッドメイキング

・バスルーム、トイレ、シンクなどの水回り清掃

・ホテルアメニティの補充

・拭き掃除、掃除機掛け

  • 基本的に接客対応はありません。廊下などでゲストとお会いした時はご挨拶をお願いします。

求めている人材


未経験、主婦・主夫、学生、フリーター、Wワークなどなど幅広い人が活躍しています

※ただしフルタイムでのWワークは不可です※

お客様に元気に挨拶できる方・勤勉な方・コツコツ仕事に取り組める方は積極採用しています。

※ホテル、民泊清掃経験者の方は大歓迎です

もちろん未経験の方でも丁寧に指導いたします

基本給:時給 1200円 〜 1500円

・交通費1日1500円(月3万円まで)支給

・評価制度による昇給あり
