知的・精神障がい者用のグループホームでの夜勤の生活サポートのお仕事です

~食事作りや洗濯・掃除と家事の延長でできるお仕事です~

障がいを持つ方を対象とした、グループホームで夜間の見守りとなります。

スタッフと利用者様が共に笑顔になれるホームを目指しております。

お仕事を通じて、ご自身の成長と一緒に社会貢献をしてみませんか?

<主な業務>

主な仕事は、食事作りや掃除、洗濯の声掛けなどです。

その他、利用者様に対しての入浴の声かけや就寝の声かけなどの仕事があります。

利用者様は軽度の障がいをお持ちの方で、生活を支援するのが目的になります。

言ってみれば、「お母さん」のようなお仕事です。

家事とほぼ同じ仕事内容なので、家事が一通りできる方なら未経験でもOKです。

※身体介護等は、全くありませんので、腰痛等とは無縁です

利用者様や関係者の方から感謝の言葉をいただけることが多いお仕事です。

また、利用者が4名程度のため、家庭生活の延長で家族が増えた感覚に近いことから、生きがいや心の安らぎ等も感じられるのがうれしいところです。

ただ、利用者様の当たり前の感覚がこちら側の当たり前の感覚と違うことがあり、理解してもらうまでが大変なこともあります。

でも、それを乗り越えて理解していただけた時は喜びに変わり、やりがいにも繋がります。

思いやりがあり面倒見の良い方でしたら、年齢や性別を問わず、大歓迎です。

<1日の流れ(例)>

17:00・・出社。夕食準備。入浴準備(お湯張り)、順次入浴(声かけ)

18:00・・夕食、内服支援、片付け、利用者居室の清掃支援

21:00・・就寝薬支援、ケア記録記入

22:00・・夕食休憩

22:30・・お風呂、トイレ、洗面所等の清掃

翌0:00 ・・休憩(仮眠)

3:00 ・・巡視

5:00 ・・朝食休憩

5:30 ・・朝食準備

7:00 ・・朝食。内服支援、片付け、ゴミ捨て、金銭管理支援、身だしなみ支援

8:30 ・・ケア記録記入

9:00 ・・退勤

※夜勤のみですので、日中はご家庭での家事やご自身の趣味などプライベートに使っていただけます。

夜間は基本的にはお一人のお仕事になりますので、ご自身のペースで気楽に出来ます。また、少人数で風通しの良い職場なので、ご自身の意見がすぐに反映できます。
