【仕事内容】

建築物の施工図や製作図の

作成・修正・チェック、

BIMモデリングなど、スキルに応じた

図面関連業務をお任せします。

大阪営業所では、地場のランドマーク級の

再開発プロジェクトも複数進行中です。

リーダー候補として、図面作成だけでなく、

若手メンバーが作成した図面の確認や

技術的なフォローにも

段階的に携わっていただきます。

<具体的な業務内容>

・AutoCAD/Jw-CADを使った

施工図の作成・修正・チェック

・ドアや窓等の製作図チェック

・意匠・構造・設備との整合、納まり調整

・プロジェクトごとの図面品質の管理、

若手・補助スタッフへの作図指示、チェック業務

・BIMソフト(Revit・ArchiCADなど)

による図面作成・モデリング

・ゼネコンや現場担当者との打合せ対応

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり18日 〜 20日

9:00~18:00(休憩時間/1h)

給与詳細


基本給:月給 30万円 〜 60万円

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

  • 上記はあくまでも初任給の幅

となります。

経験・能力等を最大限考慮し、

決定いたします。

  • 上記の金額にプラスして

残業代は全額支給いたします。

(社内勤務は月5万円まで/外勤者は

  • 住宅手当(月1万5000円~2万円)
