仕事内容:

自社アウトドアブランド「TOKYO CRAFTS」と公式 YouTube チャンネル「タナちゃんねる」の動画コンテンツ制作・運営全般をリードします。企画立案から撮影・編集、SNS 配信までワンストップで担当し、世界規模でファンを増やすことがミッションです。

主要業務

【企画・ディレクション】

・ブランドコンセプトに基づく広告・番組企画、構成作成

・キャンプユーザーが楽しめる YouTube 企画立案、ゲスト/取材先アポイント

・シナリオ・絵コンテ作成

【撮影・編集】

・アウトドア・キャンプロケやスタジオ撮影のディレクション

・ドローンやアクションカメラ等を活用したダイナミック撮影

・編集〜最終出力までのワークフロー構築・最適化

【アートディレクション・管理】

・撮影・編集チームおよび社内関係者との連携統括

・スケジュール、クオリティ、予算の管理

【配信・運用】

・YouTube/Instagram/TikTok 等への公開設定・最適化(サムネイル・SEO など)

・SNS 公式アカウント運用(投稿、コミュニティ対応、数値分析)

【イベント・販促連携】

・キャンプイベント等でのライブ配信、出展サポート

・Web サイトや EC と連動した動画広告制作・効果測定

求める人材:

必須条件(MUST)

・映像制作実務経験 3 年以上(企画〜撮影〜編集まで一貫して担当した実績)

・Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro いずれかの編集スキル

・YouTube など SNS での動画配信・運用経験

・基本的な写真撮影スキル(ミラーレス/一眼レフの操作が可能)

・社内外メンバーとの調整・進行管理スキル

歓迎条件(WANT)

・キャンプ/アウトドア領域での撮影経験

・Adobe After Effects 等を用いたモーショングラフィックス制作

・ドローン操縦・撮影経験(国家資格保持者は尚可)

・デジタル一眼での本格的な写真撮影・RAW 現像スキル

・英語/中国語など多言語での発信・コミュニケーション経験

勤務時間・曜日:

【勤務時間】10:00~19:00もしくは9:00~18:00(休憩1時間)

【休日】シフト制(完全週休2日制)

※ 土日祝はロケが多くございますので、同行いただくこともございます。

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥250,000 〜 ¥300,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥65,500〜¥78,000(45時間相当分)を含む。45時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
