職務内容
- Provide operational support for ERP and other business applications
- Troubleshoot system and network issues promptly to minimise downtime
- Communicate and coordinate with global IT teams in English
- Manage ticketing systems and maintain technical documentation
- Conduct on-site checks and assist with system integration when required
理想の人材
- Minimum 1 year of ERP operational experience (development experience not required)
- Background in IT or application support or any related roles
- Ability to speak, read and write in English (Japanese spoken communication supported by translation tools)
- Team-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Willing to work in Miyagi and hold a valid driving licence
