Financial Analyst
The role is 50% for Japan, 50% for Northeast Asia FP&A
Reporting to Japan Finance Director, working closely with Japan Finance Director, Japan Finance Manager and Japan key stakeholders within the applicable divisions. The role is also responsible for collaboration with the APAC FP&A team.
Support Finance Director and Finance Manager at Financial Planning
Develop financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives
Undertake market analysis and research to support business models
Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and providing analysis
Work with APAC FP&A teams to improve quality of information
Identify Risks/Opportunities and propose mitigation plan/idea
Prepare presentations materials for management meetings
Acting as a team player and a good communicator both in verbal and writing
Acting as a negotiator and a facilitator in every occasions with business context
Having mindset of challenging changing environment
Business level English in writing, speaking and listening
TOEIC 700+ or equivalent
Working experience for multinational companies as Financial Planning and Analysis, business analysis or management accounting for 5years+
User experience of accounting systems, SAP is preferred
Excel, Word, Power point
Proficient in business analytical skills and Excel modelling
Computer literate with ability to use or learn SAP, Salesforce, Tableau and Power BI
University graduate or equivalent
