ダイヤモンドや真珠はもちろん、パライバトルマリンやパパラチアサファイヤ等の
希少石をつかったジュエリーの販売、コーディネートの提案をするお仕事です。
具体的には、
- ファッションジュエリーのご提案と販売業務
- 販売促進にまつわる企画、提案
- 商品ディスプレイと日々の清掃業務
- 販促・集客・販売にまつわる雑務
個人ノルマは一切ありません。
スタッフ一人ひとりの個性を出しやすく、伸び伸び働ける雰囲気が特徴です。
自社ブランドでお客様のオーダーに細部まで寄り添えます。

丁寧な研修制度があるので、未経験でも安心してスタートしていただけます。
月給22万1000円〜
〈経験者〉
月給24万8500円〜
※年齢・経験・前職などを考慮の上、面談の後、給与を決定いたします。

前職は事務関係の仕事をしていました。
昔からジュエリーが好きで仕事にしたいという夢がありましたが、
新卒の時に希望の会社に入社できず、
事務職を5年程やりました。
転職サイトで求人を見かけ、
未経験でも大丈夫と書かれていたので思いきって応募してみました。
ジュエリーへの想いが伝わり、内定をいただき、転職を決めました。
ジュエリーを購入される方一人ひとりに物語があり、
そんな素敵な瞬間に携われる素晴らしい仕事に、今は誇りをもっています。
- ルシルケイを選んだ理由は?
ジュエリー好きの祖母がもともとルシルケイの顧客だったこともあり、
お店の名前は以前から知っていました。
ジュエリーショップなのに
毎月様々な異業種の会社とコラボイベントを開催していて、
とても面白く興味をもったことが
「ここで働きたい」と思った決め手です。
大好きなジュエリーに囲まれて、希少な石を近くで見ることができ、
毎日とても楽しく働かせてもらってます。
