【業界未経験・ブランク歓迎】日々の入出金確認や出納帳の入力など、経理業務を中心にお願いします

具体的な仕事内容

成長企業のバックオフィス部門として、まずは出納帳の入力などからスタート。少しずつ慣れていただきながら経理事務全般をお任せします。

・日々の入出金確認

・経理ソフト(出納帳)の入力

・現金の管理

・経理資料の管理

・月次・年次の資料作成など

・電話応対(社内の他部署からの連絡が中心)など

座学で当社全体のことを知って頂きながら、OJT研修で経理ソフトの入力方法など、業務内容や仕事の流れについて学びます。

先輩社員が一つずつ丁寧に教えていきますので、業界未経験の方もブランクのある方も安心してご応募下さい。

チーム組織構成

期日がある業務も多い部署ですが、一人だけに負担がかからないようにチームで支え合いながら進めています。

30~40代を中心に男女問わず活躍中で、仕事と家庭を両立している仲間がたくさんいます。基本的に定時退社できるようにみんなで協力・工夫しながら業務を行っているので、仕事も私生活も大切にしながら、腰を据えて長くはたらくことができる環境です。
