【仕事内容】

広島営業所にて、配車業務の手配と事務業務全般をお任せします。

物流を円滑に進めるための、非常に重要でやりがいのある役割です

<具体的な業務内容>

配送手配・管理業務

・ 配車業務全般(自社車両および運送取扱の配車業務)

・ 運送スケジュールの調整・管理

・ 自社車両の運行管理(日報チェック、定期点検調整)等

事務・カスタマー対応

・ 各種書類の作成(PC入力・作成など)

・ お客様からの問い合わせ対応(電話営業含む)

・ その他、バックオフィス業務全般

未経験からのステップアップ

・ 配車経験がなくても、イチから丁寧に指導します

・ 運行管理者などの資格取得も目指せる環境です。

・ PCの基本操作ができれば事務未経験でも大歓迎

・ 普通自動車免許

・ 配車経験者優遇

・ 運行管理者資格をお持ちの方歓迎

・ PC基本操作(Word、Excel:入力・作成)ができる方

・ 一般事務、データ入力、バックオフィス経験者

・ 学歴不問・年齢不問

・ ブランクのある方

・ 安定企業で長く働きたい方

総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり173時間
