TAV Operation Services is a dynamic multinational company with airport operations spanning 19 countries. As part of our ongoing global expansion, we have partnered with Western Associates as a key stakeholder in Narita and formed joint venture called WAI-TAV Airport Service Co., Ltd. and are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
The Front of House Manager will be responsible for the overall management and seamless operation of all Front of House activities. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all staff deliver exceptional guest experience. The successful candidate will oversee guest registration processes, lead and motivate the Front of House team to maintain high service standards, and ensure that all guest-facing areas are maintained to the highest levels of comfort, hygiene, and functionality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong background in team management.
- Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
- Native or advanced proficiency in Japanese, and advanced proficiency in English.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural setting.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and ERP systems (preferably Oracle).
