We are looking for a new colleague in the Commercial Vehicle Solutions Department at our location in Saitama.
Your Tasks:
- Conduct Supplier quality management
- Enter / Manage data of inspection result to / with SAP
- Create Inspection Report
- Write 8D/QR6S (Quick Response 6 Sigma) reports
- Communicate with responsible OPU(Operating Product Unit) / suppliers people
- Support root cause analysis and development of countermeasure
- Facilitate RCCA (Root Cause and Corrective Action)as needed
- Confirm closure of issues and prevent recurrence
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related
- 5 years of working experience in Quality Management
- Basic Knowledge of IATF-16949 Quality Management system
- Data entry and administration by using SAP experience
- Technical and Process knowledge on Mechanical and Electronics
- Communication skill in English and Japanese
