完全予約制の美容クリニック(美容皮膚科)で

ご来院された患者さまの受付接客・事務業務をお任せします。

・ご来院された患者さまのカウンター受付対応

・契約書類の準備、契約内容の説明

・会計業務

・契約済患者さまの次回の予約受付

・パウダールームへのご案内

・電話対応(予約電話が多いです)

※全てシステム管理のため、PC作業が多めです。

本部での教育チームによる研修を受けた後、配属先ではメンターがつき、習得をサポート。日々の電話や受付対応をこなしながら、知識習得や対応力を身に付けていきます(研修期間:3ヶ月)。

月給26万円+皆勤手当(月1万円)+諸手当

※研修期間中は月給24万円+皆勤手当(月1万円)+諸手当

勤務時間・曜日:

<就業時間>

11:00~20:00(実働8時間)

※10:30〜19:30勤務の場合もあり

※月平均残業3時間

休暇・休日:

年間休日121日以上

・シフト制(月9日〜10日休み)

1,3,5,7,8,10,12月は10日休み

2,4,6,9,11月は9日休み

・夏季休暇(3日)

・冬季休暇(3日)

・有給休暇(有休取得率100%)

・慶弔休暇

・産前産後/育児休暇(取得実績あり)

※5日以上の連続休暇取得OK

勤務地:

東銀座院:東京都中央区銀座7丁目13番20号 銀座中村ビル1F

※関東エリア各院をローテーション勤務します(配属院は希望を考慮)

自宅の最寄り駅から最大90分圏内の院でご勤務頂きます。

転居を伴う配属はございません。

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥267,100以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥7,100(3時間30分相当分)を含む。3時間30分を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
