仕事内容


企業にお勤めの従業員様が利用する

各種システム(勤怠管理システム)の操作方法に関する案内窓口となります。

マニュアルやFAQが用意されているため、

知識が無くとも一から研修で習得した上で対応が可能です。

複数の会社の従業員様に対してご案内を行う窓口です。

会社ごとにご案内内容が異なる為、

まずは1個社分の業務内容を覚えていただき、

1つを習得したら次の個社の業務知識を習得する等

一歩ずつステップアップすることが出来ます。

・対企業様の為、クレームはほとんどありません。

・業務によって繁閑の差が大きく、繁忙期は電話が多く、閑散期には電話が鳴らない窓口もあります。

電話のならない時間には、自分のペースで知識の復習を行うこともできます。

  • 従業員様が使用する、日々の勤怠を入力する

タイムカードのようなシステムの操作を案内していただきます。

勤怠締めの関係から、

月末日と月初2~3営業日まで入電が集中します。

それ以外の日は入電がほとんどない為、

苦手な操作案内の復習などに時間を使うことができます。

その他にも、会社で使用するシステム全般のご案内窓口が複数用意された、

従業員様向けシステムの総合ヘルプデスクとなります。

※本人適正や、その時の人員バランスで、習得業務を割り振らせていただきます。
