お仕事内容

On Flagship Store Tokyo Ginzaにて、スポーツシューズ・ウェアを中心とした

ブランドの世界観を体現する店舗運営・接客業務をお任せします。

入社後は、まずバックヤード業務を中心に

商品やオペレーション、ブランド理解を深めていただき、

慣れてきた段階で接客・販売業務をお任せしていきます。

具体的には…

・商品検品、入出荷対応、ストック整理などのバックヤード業務

・店内環境の整備、ディスプレイサポート

・接客販売(段階的にお任せします)

・レジ業務、売上管理・報告

・商品発注、納品対応

・ランナー業務(在庫補充、接客の一時対応 など)

表に立つ前に、裏側からブランドを理解する時間を大切にしています。

資格


・ラグジュアリー/ハイエンドブランドでの接客経験をお持ちの方

・百貨店・路面店にて、丁寧な接客を大切にしてきた方

・所作や言葉選び、空間づくりを意識してお仕事をされてきた方
