仕事内容:
日祝に土曜日は休みの週休2日制。年間休日115日(110日+有休取得義務5日)、残業も少なめです
自動車業界の仕事は平日が休みの企業も多いかと思います。
当社では、ご家族、お子様がいる従業員も働きやすい様に、お休みは日曜日+祝日+隔週で土曜日です。
年末年始や夏季休暇、ゴールデンウィークなど長期休暇もあります。残業も月間10~20時間程度と少なめです。
有休休暇の取得も推進していますので、ご家族との時間やプライベートの時間もしっかり確保し、気持ちよく仕事に向かってください。
月給:226,000円~

自動車リサイクルパーツの注文TEL・FAX・メールを受け、専用システム(パソコン)を使用し在庫を検索し、お客様の要望にあう商品をご提案・販売するお仕事です。
外回りの営業ではなく、内勤で主に電話での営業活動・問合せ対応・受発注業務となります。
こちらから新規のお客様への電話(アウトバウンド)ではなく、既存のお客様・お問合せをいただいたお客様(インバウンド)への対応となります。
お客様が何を求めているのか理解する事とお客様とのコミュニケーションがとても重要となります。
価格の交渉事など、営業のスキルも身につける事もできます。
自動車業界や営業・販売が未経験の方でも大丈夫です。経験豊富な先輩スタッフがサポートします。
また、お客様の方から具体的なパーツの品番指定して頂く事も多いので、車に興味がある方であれば入社時点で知識が無くとも問題ございません。
業務を通じて知識や営業力を身につける事ができます。
【具体的な業務内容】
- 主に電話でのリサイクルパーツの販売、提案
- 自動車リサイクルパーツの注文TELやFAX、メールの対応
- 専用システム(パソコン)を利用しての在庫検索
- リサイクルパーツの品番照合作業
- リサイクルパーツの発送依頼 など
