仕事内容:
名古屋市北区上飯田での介護職のお仕事です。
〔主な業務内容〕
食事介助:利用者さまのお食事時間を安全に、そして楽しい時間となるようサポートします。毎朝、スタッフが豆から挽いた本格ブレンドコーヒーを一杯一杯ハンドドリップで提供し、喫茶店のような雰囲気を演出しています。
着替えサポート・トイレの介助:日常生活における身の回りのお世話を、利用者さまの尊厳を大切にしながら丁寧に行います。
入浴介助・就寝中の見守り:清潔で快適な生活環境を提供し、夜間も安心して休んでいただけるよう見守りを行います。
〔1日の流れ〕
日勤では7:00~16:00の早番、9:00~18:00の中番、10:30~19:30の遅番があり、ご自身のライフスタイルに合わせて選択できます。夜勤は16:00~翌9:00で、希望者のみとなっています。
〔研修・成長支援〕
無資格・未経験の方でも安心してスタートできるよう、イチから丁寧に指導します。資格取得支援制度もあり、働きながら介護職員初任者研修、実務者研修、介護福祉士の資格取得を目指せます。希望する方は、施設長や役員などへキャリアアップも可能です。
