4人1チームで仕事をしますので、 先輩社員がすぐそばにいます

会社としてミスしても叱るの禁止なので、威圧的な先輩もいません

困った時はすぐ聞くことができます

希望制の夜勤で給料「1.5倍」UP

夜勤は希望制です

夜勤や休日出勤は追加で給与が支給される為、

「ガッツリ稼ぎたい」方は、月30万以上も目指せます

頑張りが給与に反映されやすい職場です

社員のフォローが手厚い

出費が多くなりがちな引越しや出張も、

会社が費用を最大20万円までサポートします

現場の仕事で使う道具は一式会社支給、

空調服などの作業服も支給があります

【内装工スタッフ】

オフィスの床にパネルを敷く仕事です。

5〜10キロのパネルを運び、 パズルのように並べて固定します。

大きな現場は半年、小さい現場は数日。 飽きることなく新鮮な気持ちで働けます

8:00~ 現地集合・朝礼

8:15~ パネルの運搬と設置開始

10:00~ 小休憩(みんなで雑談)

12:00~ ランチタイム

13:00~ 午後の作業スタート

15:00~ 小休憩(無理せず休憩)

17:00~ 作業終了直帰OK
