仕事概要


【第二新卒歓迎】 「若さ×感性=最大の武器」"SNS好き"をキャリアに 〜PR事業立ち上げメンバー募集〜 【事業内容】 PR事業部では主にTTO(TikTok Organic)事業を展開しています。 クライアントの商品・サービスの「認知拡大」や「販売促進」を目的に、TikTokを中心としたSNS運用を行う新しいマーケティング領域です。 ECモールや実店舗を持つクライアントから運用予算を預かり、TikTok上でのアカウント運用・コンテンツ制作・配信設計をワンストップで支援しています。 広告主(クライアント)からは「1再生あたり円」といった成果連動型のCPV(Cost Per View)モデルで報酬をいただく仕組みで、 「再生数=売上」に直結する構造がこの事業の最大の特徴です。 【具体的な業務内容】 アカウント作成 メールアドレスを発行してTiktokのアカウントを作成。 「ユーザー名」「プロフ画像」「プロフ文章」「リンクツリー」を作成。(自社フォーマット有) 投稿作成~運用(初動) 投稿内容問わずで「バズる」CRを作成~投稿。(自社フォーマット有) 3~5日間毎日投稿をして合計30万再生以上を目指す。 投稿作成には「CAPcut」という編集ツールを使用する。 リサーチ Tiktokで商材名やハッシュタグから競合アカウントをリサーチ。(自社フォーマット有) 特にバズっている投稿やアカウントを集積し売れているCRの傾向やアカウントの特性を特定。 自社で作成していくCRの方向性を決定する。 構成作成 リサーチした内容を踏まえ自社アカウントで投稿するCRの構成を作成。(自社フォーマット有) 素材撮影,収集 作成した構成に対し必要な素材を撮影or素材サイトから選定。 投稿作成(PR) CAPcutを使って編集。 ※弊社メンバー5名も完全初心者だが1週間でマスターできている。 運用(投稿~コメント) 作成したCRを投稿。 初動数値が基準値を満たしている場合はよりバズりやすく,売れやすくするための導線を作る。 数値分析 投稿,コメントをしたCRの再生数,クリック数,CTR,CVR等の指標数値を洗い出し理想としている数値との乖離を発見、出た課題に対しての解決策や次回以降の作成の方向性を決定。(自社フォーマット有) 媒体横転 今ままでTiktokで作ってきた投稿を媒体ナイズ(YTにあう画角,リンク誘導に変更)してYTSでも売上を狙う
