業務内容
概要
WINTICKETでは、社内の誰でもプロダクトの改善案を提案し、可決されれば施策として開発を行える枠組みがあります。実際にリリースされた機能や改善の多くがこの枠組みの提案から生まれています。
アプリチームでは、その枠組みの中で実際に動くものをベースに提案することで、エンジニアとしての強みを活かした提案を行っています。今回は、その枠組みの中で自身がユーザーとして使った時に感じる課題や不満をベースに機能提案を行っていただきます。
どんなことをやるか
施策案を考え、プロトタイピングして、動くものがある状態で提案を行っていただきます。
提案例
アプリ内のPiPで映像を見るときに、小さくて見辛いので、自由に拡大縮小できるようにしたい
レースの開催日程を1週間先しか見ることができないので、カレンダー形式で1ヶ月単位で閲覧したい
自分なりの選手の分析などを予想の時に引き継いで確認したり保存できるメモ機能を使えるようにしたい

良い機能提案を行うには、よりユーザーさんに近い操作や体験を行って、実際に困ったり、不便に感じることがとても重要だと考えています。
また、ドメインに詳しい社員さんや、実際のユーザーさんにもN1インタビューをすることで、ユーザーのインサイトを捉えてクリティカルな課題を発見するきっかけも作れます。
そういった施策立案や企画における上流工程から、既存のプロダクトやコードを理解し、実装を進める一連のプロセスを丸ごと経験してもらえればと考えています。
チームの文化や体制、働く環境について
現在開発チームは60名程の組織です。そのうちエンジニアは30名程になります。アプリチームは8名で開発を行なっています。
各メンバーが事業グロースを推し進めるという高い意識を持ち、それぞれの意見を持ち寄りながら、時には自分の職域を超えて開発へ取り組んでいます。
また組織の文化として、本人の志向性を尊重した上で年齢に関わらずリーダーポジションへの抜擢が行われるケースがあります。各メンバーのキャリア形成を支援するために定期的な面談も実施しています。
